Develop and maintain high-quality React components using Next.js 15+, with a focus on performance, reusability, and type safety.
Advanced Animations
Collaborate with the design team to bring GSAP and Framer Motion animations to life across marketing and product surfaces.
Performance Optimisation
Optimise web performance to maintain Core Web Vital excellence across all pages, interactions, and third-party integrations.
Design System Contribution
Contribute to and evolve our internal component library and the Tipple design system.
What skills do I need?
React & TypeScript
Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. You write clean, composable, and maintainable frontend code.
Next.js
Experience with Next.js App Router, server-side rendering, and modern rendering patterns at scale.
Animation Libraries
Deep understanding of browser performance and animation libraries including GSAP, Framer Motion, and CSS transitions.
Aesthetic Sensibility
Passion for building premium, high-fidelity user interfaces. You care about the final pixel as much as the architecture.
